01

Inspection scope and key requirements

Product and lot identity, destination market, requested tests, sensory attributes if applicable, sampling requirements, timing and any buyer specification or regulatory reference.

02

Receive decision-ready evidence

Sampling records, sensory evaluation records, chain-of-custody information where available, laboratory report and a clear explanation of what each result does and does not establish.

03

Field checks and laboratory analysis have different roles.

Veriquality coordinates external laboratory testing and agreed sensory evaluation. Sensory results do not establish pesticide residues, microbiological safety, chemical composition or official regulatory conformity. Laboratory accreditation, method suitability and official regulatory acceptance must be confirmed for the specific project and destination.
