Data controller
Veriquality Inspection Service Co., Ltd. is the data controller for this website. Contact: info@veriquality.net. Registered address, company registration number and any applicable VAT number must be added before this page is used as the final legal notice.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, business email address, product details, inspection location, shipment information and the requirements you choose to provide. We only ask for information needed to understand and respond to an enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, clarify scope, prepare quotations, arrange agreed inspection or testing support, maintain business correspondence and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Retention and sharing
We retain information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, business relationship, legal obligations and reasonable record keeping. We may share relevant information with service providers or qualified external laboratories when this is necessary for an agreed project. We do not sell enquiry data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. Contact info@veriquality.net to make a request. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page views, traffic sources and interactions such as quote and sample-report link clicks. GA4 receives technical usage data and event data; this website does not send form fields or Tally submission details to GA4. Sample-report submissions are handled through Tally and Google Sheets. Where required by law, analytics should only run after the visitor gives the required consent.
Important scope note
This website prepares an email or opens the Tally sample-report form for the visitor to complete. It does not silently store quote form contents in a website database. Tally and Google Sheets may store sample-report submissions so Veriquality can respond to the request. This notice should be reviewed with the company's legal adviser before EU-facing campaigns launch, including whether a dedicated cookie-consent mechanism is required.
